My account is supposedly a paid account

My account is supposedly a paid account, under @dbis.edu.hk, can you please help? thanks!

I did check your account and found that user "dbis" has added you as sub-user account. Please note that sub-user accounts cannot share limits of master account. Form needs to be built in master account and then shared with sub-users. If you add form in your account, the limits of free account will be applied.
