Trouble connecting PayPal Checkout

    Good day,

    I having an issue connecting out paypal account to my jotforms. Ive done it many times before but today and yesterday it has been not allowing it.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. The PayPal checkout integration is presenting issues. Our developers are aware of this, the issue is on PayPals end though. Our developers are trying to get in touch with PayPal support to fix this issue.

    Update: The Paypal team is still working on the Paypal connect issue and we're still waiting for their updates. Meantime, our team has come up with a temporary solution by entering your Paypal credentials manually instead of a connect button. In the Paypal payment settings, you can enter your Paypal Client ID and Secret which you can get from your Paypal Developer dashboard.
