Hi,
Does JotForm have a feature whereby I can create a form and then assign it to end-users already partly completed?
Allow me to clarify: I own a maintenance company and would like to try using JotForm for Job Pricing and also for Job Inspections.
Once I create a template, can I prefill some forms ("Job Quoting Form" or "Quality Inspection Form") with the info I already have and assign them to myself to complete in the field?
Also, can I set up my templates so that I can easily distinguish what content (ex. uploaded photos) is associated to which form submission (ie. which jobsite)?
Or do they simply all get uploaded to 1 dropbox or GoogleDrive account?
Thank you!
Ron

You may build your form and separate the sections using a section collapse tool, then conditionally show/hide them according to the selection made, here is a guide that will give you the idea about how this can be done: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field
Now, once they submit the form for the first time, the submission will be recorded on your account and you will be able to see the info following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field
In order to allow them to update the information, you may provide them with the edit link of the submission, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Or you may also do it on your end following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

I hope this helps.
