Unable t o download uploaded files, it says 404 error

    Hello.


    I made a form with a file upload section, but when I am trying to download the file uploaded, it says that "Whoops! Unfortunately, the page you are looking for could not be found.... 404 Error"  What should I do?

    Please disable restrictions within your My Account >Settings page for accessing uploaded files:
