My conditional field is not displaying all the options

Asked by betyonfire on May 08, 2013 at 12:49 PM

I have a conditional field set up on my form and when it first appears, only four of the eight options are visible. Once you click on one of the options the others appear, but they need to all be visible or I think people will get confused. Is there a fix for this?

I've tested the behavior in both Chrome and Safari on a Mac.

My form is online here: http://www.nicholsdaycamps.org/test-application/

    Hi,

I have check your form and I found one condition only and it's working fine.

Can you please let us know the conditions that you want to achieve in your form for further assistance?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

The conditions are working great. It's the display of the conditions that is not working great.

If you follow the link and view the form (or preview it within JotForm), clicking on the conditional fields (either one week only or two weeks only) opens up the hidden field, but it only opens a little, showing only the top four options, not the entire eight. If you click on one of the top four option, then it displays the others.

    When I look at the code, I see there is a class form-section-closed with this style: height: 60px;clear:both;

    But how to resolve?

    Hi,

I Think According to your explanation, you need to hide the check boxes instead of show the check box group.

    Form Condition Hide

Check this form Weather you need to accomplish this.

I removed the second From Collapse on my form, but it didn't solve the problem -- only created new ones. Now the information underneath the form collapse is party obscured and the Conditional information still doesn't entirely appear. Plus the sumbit button disappears. Everything seems to get pushed down the page in an unfortunate way.

That's it! Thank you. It's perfect.

So I was mixed up and adding a form collapse field where I didn't need it? I set it up using this tutorial: http://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry

Maybe it was actually meant for something else?

Anyway, thanks again for your help. I really appreciate it.
