Urgent payment issues

I am currently having issues with the form that connects to my paypal and I am loosing out on my funds. PayPal recommended that I contact you all.

I checked the form with submissions in your account and I can see that you're using the Purchase Order payment tool. This means that no online payments are going to be processed. Is this the form you're having issues with? Can you please explain further how you're experiencing issues with Paypal?

If you're referring to the following error that you received when you tried to connect your Paypal account using the Paypal payment field, unfortunately, this is yet to be resolved.
