PayPal: Having a issue with my payment on hold once completed through form

    Please let us know what issue you are facing with PayPal. Are you facing an issue integrating PayPal with Jotform or facing an issue paying for a subscription via PayPal?

    I believe you are referring to the form "200205122961138", which you have integrated with PayPal Checkout.

    If yes, I can see that there are 4 submissions received so far for this form and there are no incomplete payments. This means that the submissions and payments are successful from Jotform end.

    Have you not received these payments into your PayPal account? Please note that Jotform simply passes the information to PayPal and the payment is processed at PayPal end. If you have not yet received any of the payments, I would request that you check with PayPal Support too.
