What kind of a back end does this have?   We need something that will take the orders/payment etc,  and give us a list of pending customers,   ability to mark customers completed etc...

    Thanks

Please check out my related responses below:

    - take the orders/payment etc

You can integrate your forms with any of the payment processors that we offer - Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

Payments made for successful submissions can be viewed from the Form Submission page How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    - give us a list of pending customers

Once a payment is on pending status or if customer did not complete a payment form, this creates an Incomplete payment/submission icon in the Form submission page.

Here is how you can handle incomplete submissions: How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments

    - ability to mark customers completed

For this purpose, there's a workaround:

    1. While creating the form, add a Get Form Page URL widget in the form.

    2. Add a drop down field in the form, with options such as Completed, In progress, etc.

    3. Add a condition in the form to show this drop down field only when the form URL contains the word "submissions".

    An example:

    4. Now after form submission, when you go to your Form Submission page and edit the submission, you can see this drop down field. You can mark it as "Completed". This drop down field will not appear when the customer is filling the form.

Please review and let us know if you have a custom form where you want this implemented and we can have a look at that.
