Hi — We use ZenDesk to manage our call center and send out customer satisfaction surveys. When users respond by saying that they’ve had a positive customer experience, we would like to create a trigger that sends them a follow-up customized (HIPPA compliant) email that encourages them to complete a positive review online.
Note: ZenDesk has Zapier intervention.Would we be able to accomplish this with JotForm?
