    I have a payroll and tax service, and I created a form for our monthly subscription.  It asks for SS#, date of birth, and credit card information as that is what we need in our company.  How can we get this active and compliant with your rules?

    Your account has been suspended since your form is asking for sensitive information:

All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

    yes, I will delete those line for credit card information.

    We have deleted the credit card fields. Your account has now been reactivated.
