Why haven't subusers created received email invites to sign up?

    but none have received welcome emails to login.

    Hi,

    Due to some automated spam filters, some may ended up to your apam folder. Did you check everything on your spam/bulk folders if it's not there? I would also suggest to check your spam filters, maybe they are filtering messages coming from JotForm. Try to white list noreply@jotform.com email and see if that makes difference.

    I am not able to replicate it somehow, tried it with both existing and non-existing account.
