Due to some automated spam filters, some may ended up to your apam folder. Did you check everything on your spam/bulk folders if it's not there? I would also suggest to check your spam filters, maybe they are filtering messages coming from JotForm. Try to white list email@example.com email and see if that makes difference.
I am not able to replicate it somehow, tried it with both existing and non-existing account.
