    Hello,

    please cancel my membership and send me confirmation of the cancellation. I’ve made this request 2 times and received no response.

    If you mean to cancel your membership on this form, you need to contact the owner. They don't have a website domain on this account, and I can't give you their email for security and privacy reasons. Based on the message in the above form, it says they have a Facebook page so I presumed you know that. I suggest reaching them there.
