Clicking Add to PDF is not working

    When I clicked the Green Plus symbol last night it was letting me map out a field.   Now it is not working.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I checked this on your Form Builder and I was able to see the issue as well.

    What I suggest for now is to refresh first the PDF connection by redoing the PDF upload steps.

    1. Remove the PDF

    2. Upload again the new PDF and redo the field mapping and connection steps. That is, test the adding and removing of fields between the form and the original PDF.

    Thank you, I'll keep this in mind if it happens again.   Randomly it started working this morning.

    Is it possible to have a conflict if I have this open at home or at work?

    I'm pitching this idea to management next week so I will be getting a paid subscription shortly, if all goes well.
