Form not as per design

    Hi,

    I amended my Form to include Unique Number but the form does not show.

    Any hints?

    Unique ID is a hidden field so it can't be seen on the live form. This field is usually for internal/admin purposes only. Its actual value is generated only after submitting the form so that's the reason why it is a hidden field.
