Account suspended due to collection of bank details

A while back I contacted you several times, as your system locked us out due to a worry about us being a robot. 

We are not a bot we are a small charity. We love using your service and really want to continue using it. 

I would really appreciate someone coming back to us.

Unfortunately, you cannot use a textbox to collect the credit card information/bank details as it is against our terms. Your Form 91552052455353 was suspended due to the collection of the account number

We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending fields mentioned above. Since you are having 28 submissions so once we delete the fields the submissions would also be deleted.
