    Dear praceta,

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Thursday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month.

    Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    @praceta

    Please follow these steps to stop accepting secure submissions:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder

    2. Click on Setup & Embed > Embed Form

    3. Select your embed method and untick Secure Form.

    4. Get the updated embed script to embed your form on your website.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    @praceta

    Your account is OVERLIMT as your have received 16 secure submissions. That's the reason your forms are disabled now. Free account can receive only 10 secure submissions.

    You will have to upgrade your account. FYI, submission counters are reset to "0" on start of every month.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth
