I noticed I am getting two submissions for some applicants on my forms. They are identical. It is using my allotted number of forms per month. How can I fix this?

Hi, if you want to prevent double subscriptions from the same user, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
If the user did actually submitted it just once, and it generated two submission, can we try submitting your form to test it?
