How can I remove "Create your own Jotform" banner on my form embedded in website

Hi, 

I created a form for my GoDaddy website. How do I remove the banner which says "Create your own Jotform form" and has a link to click? 

JotForm Branding can be removed if you upgrade to any of our paid plans.

How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

Once you have upgraded, the option can be found on your My Account > Settings page, then uncheck JotForm Branding.
