Is it possible to make comments on submissions?

We are working with a team to review applications that have been submitted through jotform. We'd like to be able to have members of our review committee be able to look at responses and make notes as they are reviewing.

Currently, notes are not allowed on submissions. But as workaround, you can make notes on your submissions by editing a specific field (eg. Long Text field) that is hidden on the respondent's end.

Please refer to the steps below:

1. Create a Long Text Entry and set it to Hidden

   1.1 Click Add Form Element located at the top left part of the screen

   1.2 Select Long Text Entry

   1.3 Under Long Text Entry properties, go to Advanced

   1.4 Scroll down to see the Hide Field option and enable it

2. Considering that someone has filled up my form that I want to review, just go to

   2.1. My Forms

   2.2. Click More and select View Submissions

   2.3 Select a specific Submission

   2.4 Under "More" Tab, select Edit Submission.

   2.5 Find the Long Text Entry box made in step 1

   2.6 Enter notes

   2.7 Click Submit
