No longer have email

    Hi. I no longer have the email address that I use to log in. What do I do? Thank you.

    Since updating the email address in your account would require that you have access to the existing email to verify the update, that would not be an option for your case.

    I noticed that you haven't created any forms in your account yet. How would you like to consider creating a new account and just use your old username for that account?

    The new account can have a different account email address.

    So you can use the same username on the new account, we will have to update the username of your current account first. Once your old username is available, we will update the username of the new account to that username.
