I'd like the form to look the same no matter the device and don't mind if it gets smaller or bigger - ie non-responsive.

    How can I do that?

    Hi @billbrown80!

Thank you for contacting our support team.

If you'd like to the style your form to be changed so that it displays the same across all devices you will need to inject some CSS code so that the layout of the form does not change. We used to have a setting where you could turn off the mobile responsiveness, but after an update that we had, the responsive layouts are now automatic for all forms.

We can certainly help you style your form if you'd like, just please share the URL of the form you wish to change and what layout you'd like and we can give you some guidance on how to accomplish just that.

For future reference, here is a helpful user guide to assist you with injecting CSS code to your form: How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

Please do get back to us if you require further assistance, we will gladly continue to provide support. We look forward to your response!

We do not have any tool or option to remove the form responsiveness. If you want we can create a feature request to our developers to add an option to enable or disable the form responsiveness.

Let us know if that's what you need so we can forward it to our developers.
