Can I speak with someone from sales?

We have a Sales Contact request form here https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/ that you can fill out. However, this is for users who are interested in our Enterprise Plan.

Can each form generate a unique ID to give to the form filler? This would
allow me to do anonymous surveys instead of requiring an email as a unique

On the Thank you page of the form submission, is there a way to provide the submission 
ID. For example, "Thank you for your submission. Your submission ID is 2342432"

Yes, you can add the text and at the end add the {id} parameter.
