How to send the submitted form to my email address?

Hello!

I booked out an entire hotel in Brazil for my wedding. They have a very antiquated way for our guests to book (download word document, input data, save, and send to hotel directly). 

I am trying to make this process easy for guests, so I have created a JotForm incorporating the hotel's credit card authorization form with live inputs.

I would LOVE if this form could be submitted to the hotel's email address directly and a copy sent to my e-mail so I can keep track of room reservations.

Is anything like this possible? I don't see how a form can be submitted to an e-mail address. Please advise!
