Square: Product details are not passed over to the transaction on Square.

My jotform is currently synced with my square account, however, I can't see item/product names or details in my square dashboard. I can see the price of the transaction and the name of the person who purchased, but it gives no detail as to what was purchased or the quantity. The product name doesn't even show up on my square reports... everything says "uncategorized". How can we ensure that our product names show up on our square reports?

I checked your last edited form: https://www.jotform.com/200364439248052
Unfortunately, I was not able to test it further because there's no payment field added to that form. If you're referring to another form, please share it so we can check it further.

The form you linked to doesn't appear to be one of ours.
We're trying to build a few different forms to test, but here's one. Again,
in this form, the product name and prices are not transferring to our
Square dashboard.

The screenshot is a report from Square. We'd expect to see either category
or item fields filled by Product Name.

Apologies for the inconveniences caused.
It seems like currently the product details are not passing to Square as it's not supported, I see similar reports and will be escalating this to our back-end team for further inspection.
In the meantime, you may create a report from your submissions and get link the transactions using the transaction ID on the submission.
We will also let you know as soon as we receive updates on this.
Thanks.

payments.
Is this feature supported with any other payment processor integration? I
see that custom data may be sent to Stripe.

Yes, Stripe sends the product's details once a payment is made, here is a screenshot about how it should look:
