Hi
When Jotform sends me the message a customer has filled in on my Jotform I get lots of html <br> codes (see below).
Is there any way I can change this so it doesn't send all the code with the message?Thanks

As I check your JotForm 41404982049961, I see that the email notification is set in the text format.
If you are referring to this form, you may try deleting the existing notification and add a new notification so that it should be sending normally. If you are referring to a different form, please provide us with the form ID/URL so that we can check and assist you further.
