    We cannot change the recipient e-mail address

    We have set the e-mail recipient to the correct e-mail address.  Whenever we choose to test the e-mail or fill out the form the response goes to recruiting@nex21.com, which is not the correct address.  How do we get this corrected?

    Hi,

    I can see that your sender name is empty , Sender name should be Jotform. I already fixed that for you. I also send a test submission on your form. Kindly please check your email.

    BTW, is this the right email recruiting@nex21partners.com? If not, when changing the email address on your recipient email , kindly make sure click the finish button.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply, yes the correct email is recruiting@nex21partners.com.  When we attempt to change it the test email incorrectly goes to the nex21llc@gmail.com??  So we just are trying to verify that the submissions go the correct email.

    I also checked our mail log and here is  the reference .

    @Nex21marketing

    Looks like you are clicking on "Test Email" button.

    Clicking on "Test Email" button will always send email to your account email address and not to the "Recipient Email" of your notification. That's how it's designed to test the email content.

    You can quickly click on the preview button of your form and submit the data to test the newly added notification,
