I keep getting "Oops you've reached your limit" when I try replying to a submission.

    I keep getting "Oops you've reached your limit" when I try responding to emails. But even at that I read that it is 20 per hour with a free account. I have not reached my limits with anything yet. Can you please look into this?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form #193519328680163 and did not find any issue with that. 

    Such error message is displayed if you enabled "Unique Submission" or "Unique Question" setting in form. Have you solved this problem already? 

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    I am not sure if I have understood your exact issue.

    When you say "When I go into respond to an email is when I get this error" are you trying to edit your submission or reply to the notification which you get when someone fills out the form?

    I have gone ahead and re-calculated your limits in case there was any conflict and the system was not letting you edit submissions. 

    I have also cleared your form cache as an added precaution. Can you please take a moment and see if you can still replicate the issue? If so, can you please send us a screenshot of the error you get so we can better assess the situation?

    Unfortunately, we have not received the screenshot that you have shared.

    We have the reply to/forward to functionality in the submissions and the Form Inbox page. May we know which page are you referring to?

    The reply and invitation emails are limited to 20 emails/day for free accounts and 1000 emails/day for paid accounts. You should be able to send more emails once the limit is reset.

    Please note that this limit covers the following function: “Reply”, “Forward”, “Test Emails” and “Share via Email in Publish”.

    In the meantime, you may also consider sending the emails using some email clients.
