Your js.script is causing my menus to break.

The bold script below causes my menus to break.

In a series of tests by commenting out each script, the bold one below is causing my menu bar to disappear.   you can visit www.silt-barriers.com home page.

The menu nav list shrinks by one choice.

To replicate Click "BMP" in top nav then click "boom" in top nav   BMP will disappear. then click "SiltCurtain" and Boom will disappear. See images.

I can submit forms but if I comment out the bold one. I do not capture the referring page and parent page.

Please re-embed your form with the iFrame embed code to see if that will resolve the issue. 

Getting the Form iFrame Code

Issue I have with this iframes mess up somethings else...... I have been using your tools for a few years now and would hate to change.

Can you please tell us what exactly is the issue when the form is embedded with the iframe code?

The form embedded on the page you previously shared is embedded with script embed code, and I'm unable to replicate the issue you reported.
