Hi,

I just want to let you know that having a password field in your form is againts to our terms of use. Such form like registration form, signup form, login form is most likely used for phishing activities which is one of the reason we disabled (password field). We don't tolerate people using JotForm for phishing activities only.

However, if you could provide us a good reason to where your form be used and the URL of the website where your form embedded we might consider whitelisting your form to avoid autosuspension by our autophishing detection system.
