    Please tell me where to place the script code for a feedback button to my email form. I have tried placing it with my other scripts just above the head but I couldn't view it locally in a browser. I also tried placing it in various parts of the body with the same results. is this because I should have uploaded it to the server and viewed it online?

    This is a wonderful product and I would really love to use it on all my new websites - such a time saver if I can only get it to work.

    This is the code for my feedback button and form:

        <script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId: "11023145050",

    buttonText: "Feedback",

    base: "http://www.jotform.com/",

    buttonSide: "bottom",

    buttonAlign: "left",

    width: 700,height: 500});

    many thanks

    user amgweb

    The page must be published so that you can view it online.
    Once you have published it, the form should come up.
    If you still get problems with the display let us know and kindly include the url address.

    I appreciated amgweb's questions because I wasn't sure where to post the code correctly either. However, I published my site, then added the feedback button code to the html page at the top. However when I save the the code to the html page and refresh my browser: I see the feedback button in double as if it were duplicated twice. The button functions properly and looks great; just appears double (side by side).

    You can see it here:

    Any suggestions as why I'm seeing double?

    Hi Nicole,

    This script is the one that's causing to display two feedback buttons in your site:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="Scripts/iWebSite.js"></script>

    I'm not sure what it does because I am not really familiar with iWeb, but if it's possible to have that removed then that should do the trick and solve your problem.

    Let me know how this works out for you. Do send us a feedback. Thank you.
