Need to add section alerts.
Forms may take days, weeks to complete report.
Want to add Alerts. In many places.
Change alert will happen daily/weekly/monthly etc.
Start page.
Form needs to be submitted be 2/21/20.
Form submit, moved to 2/24/20.
Other places.
Rate change, 10-50% off Bla -Bla.
Options on doing this please? And not opening all the forms. I want to link into forms uploaded data text I guess? Clickable as well to full alert page.
There in no outside data server link into jot, I understand.
Is there inside jot element to do above?

Please check on the Reminder Emails feature of the form.
Guide : How to Set Reminder Emails for Your Forms
You can trigger reminder emails using this feature.
As you may have found out already, the Continue Forms Later option does not have the reminder email option.
It only send the saved session Email every time SAVE button is used.
Let us know if this will not work for you.

@jonathan
Thanks for the tip. Reminder Emails is good to have. I will develop that into forms. But my question is not that.
I want to update some text in places in sections as it changes say daily.
In many forms, at the same time.
Like today's interest rate. Without finding all these places, going into each form.
Putting in text new. I want to link updates into locations as text into that place.
What are my options?

What you can do is place the text in a Google word document and place the link in an iFrame widget.
You can use this Google word document link in all your forms.

Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.

@roneet. Okay that an option. Thank you.
See below web page.
See top left to right scrolling. They can click to linked location on there site etc.
Can I do this the way shown below at top? link to our site? In the jot form made?
Not selling stuff. But notices to training, events etc.

For some reason the website link you shared was not working on my end. So we were not able to see the example.
Can you please check if it is the correct URL link.
You can also take a screenshot image instead and share to us when you reply again to this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/2153738
We will wait for your updated response.

Yes, you would be able to add a link to the image.
You may add a link to your image field by going to advanced>Link image.
Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.
Thanks.
