Until recently, (last evening) we were using the " allow mutiple files " option for file uploads.
Today it has stopped working, users have reported "upload error" after submitting a file.
I have tested this on different machines , on different networks and have encoutered this issue.
We have since changed the mutiple option to only allow single submissions.
This change has allowed user to upload files again.
It appears that the mutiple upload button feature is using Java, could this part of the problem?

I have tested your form by activating Multiple Upload files for your upload field and was not able to reproduce the same issue.
Can you please provide us a screenshot of the error or tell us what is exactly the upload error message you are receiving after submitting a file?
