What is default form fields on Authorize.net needed for Authorize.net integration to work?

    It should be default fields. I can try to check this further and provide more exact information to you, but I think that now your form is not showing any errors related to the Authorize.Net fields.

    Do you still get any errors? If yes, please provide us with the full error message.

    Yes,I took off required for all of the items but the jotform is still showing: “There are incomplete required fields. Please complete them.”

    This is related to the form fields validation. You will need to make sure that you have filled every required input on the form (including credit card and billing address).

    Would you mind checking again this time? I have also cleared your form cache. If you can provide a screenshot of the error, we would appreciate it.

    Moreover, can you check your authorize.net forms if they're not required? Make them unrequired if necessary.

    1. Login to the Merchant Interface ( https://secure.authorize.net ),

    2. Click on Settings and Profile -> Payment Form -> Form Fields,

    3. Uncheck the Required box for all Phone and Email fields.
