Why was my account suspended?

    Hi there you suspended my form for phishing but it was a form for people to nominate their friends for silly awards for our year book which needs finalised on monday - I'd really appreciate it if you could get the form back up an running as soon as you can.

    Hi Kevin that’s great thank you! Only thing is I now seem to only be able to view the last 7 responses - the other 29 just appear as blank when I click on them!

    I have refreshed your account limits and submission count. There are 36 submissions for your form. Please check if you are able to view all submissions now.
