Embedding on Dreamweaver Issue

    I cannot get my forms to work after I embed them into my websites with Dreamweaver.  I have been able to do it with elsewherenovel.com.  Is it possible that you might be able to help me to embed my forms into my websites?  I am getting nowhere with this problem on my own.  I would really appreciate your help with this problem.

    There is not link to the actual form page when I embed the snippet into the body of my websites.  I do not know how to solve this problem.  Please get back to me if you can help me to fix what is wrong here.  My phone number is 904-271-1957.  Thank you.

    I tested the forms on their standalone links and I was able to submit without any issues.

    Since we don't have a link to the web pages these forms are embedded, we are unable to investigate what the issue is.

    If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you embed the form using iFrame.
