Form translation issues

    Hello,

    I have created the form below in German and added English translation. Somehow the check box option text is not displayed in English though the translation exists. Other fields were translated:

    Also I would like to know how I can translate the thank-you-page.

    Hi castlekb,

    I fixed two things on this form.

    1. I've redone all the translation to the English translation issue.
    2. I changed your privacy declaration into our Terms and Conditions widget (Please take note that widgets cannot be translated).
