I request you to please provide us the User ID/Email Id or Form ID of the concerned account so that we can track your account and can cancel the account as per your request.

We have closed this business and need your help with this. I will reach out to my bank to stop any further payments. Please do what you can on your end. If the account was set up and different than explained, cancel it. This to serve as notice to cancel thank you.

Unfortunately, as I have mentioned I do not see any account registered with your email address thomasoeggar@gmail.com. You will have to provide us with the username or email address registered with Jotforms. If you have any invoice or transaction ID, you can provide us with that as well.
