Form is not working in mobile version

    Hello, 

    I got a problem.

    Forms are usable only on website version, not on mobile version.

    How can I correct this problem please ?

    Are you facing this issue on the standalone form or on the webpage you have embedded?

    Could you please provide the webpage URL you have embedded the form if this issue encounters on your webpage?

    Can you please mention to which form this issue is related as well?
