My form is always disabled

    Hello there,

    I've created a form but it seems disabled online even thougt I've enabled it from the options menu.

    Your forms are active and the reason it seems that they are disabled is that your account was mistakenly suspended by our system.

    We've made sure that your account has been re-activate and active.

    You shouldn't have any issues with forms now.
