Problem with uploading files.

    Hi
    I have a problem that every time I want to upload a new form to the network, it gives me a message at the end that I can't, since "only one submissions per user is allowed."
    And the file doesn´t get upload.
    I made an upgrade to a bronze plan to see if the same problem was resolved but remains the same.
    I need help please because im getting a lot of submisions but I cant manage to upload them.

    That error message is related to the unique submissions and unique question options on the form settings, make sure both are set to "No Check":
