How can i have a list update as people add it so everyone can see?

     I need a list (potluck sign up sheet) When they add name and what they're bringing to update so everyone can view who is bringing what items. how can i do that?

    If you mean you would like other users to view the previous submissions made to the form, you can create a GRID LISTING REPORT of your form. Please see this guide on How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report.

    After creating the report, add an iframe Embed widget to your form and use the GRID REPORT URL as the FRAME URL. So every time the form is accessed, the user can view the previous submissions made by the other users.

    Here's an example of how it's done:

    1. Create a Grid Listing Report of your form in Jotform. Here's a guide on How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report. Keep the URL.

    2. Add an iFrame Embed widget to your form then embed the URL of the Grid Listing Report.
