You can add the text fields to your PDF document manually, please check my screenshot below for reference:

Aa - Stands for text field so you need to search the missing text field and add it to your PDF document.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Are you saying that after a client returns a signed form, and I then convert it to a PDF, I can then edit the PDF to add additional text that would then change the original document that they had signed ? What I am trying to do is create a PDF from the form submissions I receive from my customers that has already been signed by them. If I make changes to a document after it's been signed, that would not be viewed as secure.

Please note that the PDF document is customizable and you need to make sure that all fields are present before the form is published to the public. So, if the text fields are not included in the PDF document, the only way to fix this is to manually add the text to your PDF document/template.

Actually, that text is there when they sign the form, right? You just need to add those texts/text fields to your PDF document so you can send or get a copy of the submissions as PDF with complete details.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the missing texts so we can check it on our end?
