I am test piloting JotForm for my clients with www.landonhomesusa.com.
They have been complaining that a large number of the JotForm submissions have gone to their spam folder. I've asked them to whitelist JotForm's servers -- but this should not be necessary.
I also host e-mail and receive a copy of all submitted forms so that I can monitor how JotForm is working for them.
SpamAssassin is returning the following:
No, score=4.8 required=8.0 tests=HTML_MESSAGE, HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG,MIME_HTML_ONLY autolearn=no version=3.2.5
Now, HTML_MESSAGE is set to 0.
The HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG and MIME_HTML_ONLY are two big concerns.
I'm going to look at the e-mail templates to see if I can add <html> tags -- but these should be forced for HTML e-mails.

Thank you for this report. I will submit a ticket to our administrators and have them look into this.
