The Form calculation field could not multiply the fields

I am putting in a very simple formula, the Number of Guests X 300,000 into the Deposit field but it keeps showing as blank.

It is urgent and driving me crazy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I found that typing in 300000 instead of using the keyboard on the Build screen it is no longer blank but refuses to multiply by the number of guests. It worked perfectly for weeks. It must be a glitch in the program.
    Please help !!!

Have you fixed the issue? I am unable to replicate any issue with your form on testing it:

The Form calculation field could not multiply the fields Image 10

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for your reply.

After trying more than 10 times, it seems to have randomly fixed itself without me doing anything different.
I have had many instances where I have changed a formula in a calculation widget and saved and published it, but when I check it again it has not saved the changes.
Do you know why these things are happening? Is there a lag after saving and publishing or something like that?

    Regards,

    Kurt.

Did you save the widget after making a change to the syntax?

The Form calculation field could not multiply the fields Image 10

In case if your change does not reflect you can delete the widget and add it once more.

You can also clear your account's cache:
