Conditional logic doesn't work

Hello i am trying to hide an element but dispute my efforts it doesn't seem to work.

In particular when people filling the form they are being asked whether they are Members of Affiliate Member or N/A. When people chose Affiliate Member I dont want the General Assembly meeting element to appear.

I have used the hide conditional logic but still it appears.

I am not sure whether i am doing something wrong.

I have checked your form and I can see that you have added a few conditions which are do not appear to have set up correctly. I have cloned your form and deleted all the conditions and just added the one below:
