    My Jotform don't work, please help!!

    I have recieved several complaints form customers asking about the emails they sent me through the use of my jot form. I then send a submission myself. I looked in my personal email to check the notifications but there was none. I also checked the spam folder and still nothing. I did log in to my jot form account and they were there. So I made sure the notifications were being sent to contacto@paternitas.cl in the account settings and everything looks in order. For some reason they are still not being sent to my personal email. Can you please help me with this situation?

    @Yisa

    I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with it. I also checked our email server log and see the emails are getting delivered to your inbox. here is the log for your reference:

    /var/log/mail.log:May 10 11:57:00 us-app2 sm-mta[16864]: r4AFuxjN016862:to=<contacto@paternitas.cl>, delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=123444, relay=mail.paternitas.cl. [74.220.207.173], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (OK id=1Uapgq-0005Q8-FY)

    I am not sure why you don't see notifications in your email. To ensure the delivery of emails, request you to please change "Sender Email" of your notification to "noreply@jotform.com"

    I've changed the sender E-mail. The error persist, i've realised that if a I put my personal mail (@gmail), it works fine, but with the corporation mail @paternitas.cl, it doesn't work, 1 month ago it was all in order, functioning with no errors.

    And the mail @paternitas.cl is working fine, i send mails through other accounts and it receive them all with no problems at all.

    Now it have arrived!! The last test with noreply, have recent arrive to my inbox folder at @paternitas.cl
