    Good morning, 

    I would like to cancel my plan. We ended up going another direction.

    Can someone please assist me with this?

    Hello Casey - If you're referring to this account: Icon0323, I can see that it's currently on FREE subscription.

    Also, it was suspended as your form is collecting credit card information using plain text fields. This is not allowed on forms and is against our Terms of Use.

    If you would like to remove/delete the account. We can do it for you. However, if you're referring to another account (paid), you may follow this guide on How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free.

    And if you want to reactivate the mentioned account, we need to delete the fields in the screenshot provided. You must also agree with our Terms.
