Its platform is giving failures, since when introducing a new debit card that is ok, it does not take it and also blocks us access.
We need them to solve the access problem and to be able to change the payment method since the card they have is not operational.

Hi Charles,
Your account was suspended because of due to many failed payment attempts using a credit card.
I've re-activated your account. If your card needs to be updated, please do so to prevent your account from being suspended.
