Hi Jotform, I am seeking to integrate, via API, to a proprietary 3rd party HIPAA compliant database. I do not see that option on this list of API Integration opportunities:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/keyword_search.php?rpp=0&search=quiz

    Is that possible?

2 forms only: both that are quiz answers taken by the user.

    Many thanks,

    Colleen Sullivan

P.S. Below, I included the URL of the company that I'm seeking to integrate JotForms with.

Hi Colleen - I believe this link below will help you with the API Integration you're trying to achieve.

    https://api.jotform.com/docs/

Or if the database being used is MySQL, you can use this method on How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP.

Please try that and let us know how it goes.

Hi Jotform, I am ready to start to use your service. However, I need to
understand who will be seeing the promotional ads that I'm hearing about on
the customer service thread in About Us of your website. Is it me, the
person creating the forms, or is it the patient user of the forms?
If patient, what types of promotional ads are there?
    Thanks!

Are you referring to this page?

    https://www.jotform.com/help/3-About-Us

The promotional ads and Jotform newsletters would be seen by you, not by your users. Once you upgrade the account you can remove the Jotform branding as well.

You can disable Jotform branding in your account settings.

    Guide:
1.) Log in to your account.
2.) Go to your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
3.) Scroll down to the bottom and find the "Jotform branding"
4.) Uncheck the "Show "Powered by Jotform" on my forms", this will remove all the Jotform branding to your form.

    Thanks.

Awesome. Yes, thank you. You've answered that question well. Last question,
can I put my own company logo on the forms?
    Thanks!

Yes, you can put the company logo in the Forms.

You may change your logo in your form builder.

    Thanks.
