Has our account been disabled?

    According to the following, our jot form has been disabled.  However, there was a hold on our credit card and that has been lifted.  We need Jotform to be reinstated ASAP.

    Hi Katie,

     

    I checked the account associated with the username Psmileycps. It has already
    been upgraded to Premium package and forms should be working fine.

    The forms and submissions are below the limits and should be fine.
